Yesterday's launch of the 2011 Winter Arts Season, had city commuters singing in the rain. Actor's performed excerpts from some of the featured shows on this years Winter Arts Season calendar while musicians filled the malls with symphony sounds. The Drag Queens from the Blue Room's highly anticipated show 'Drag', were a highlight of the mornings event.
